However, in France the couture is located inside the designer boutiques. Regular meetings are a must if you want to keep a team happy and on track. It's better to have team members work through problems and solutions together instead of always addressing the team leader or waiting, (or seething, silently!) until they are unhappy enough to bring up a topic in front of individual members.
